Strawberry Mousse & Chocolate Mousse

I am back with with two gorgeous desserts; Strawberry Mousse & Chocolate Mousse
my friends & family loved this decadent chocolate mousse. The flavors from the heavy cream & chocolate comes together. I have no words to describe the taste of this mousse therefore, I guess you simply have to make it yourself to know what I mean.
The strawberry mousse was the simplest & easiest dessert to make which is to say that it was dead simple. The strawberry mousse were amazing light and fluffy and full of the strawberry flavour.I was quite pleased with the shades of pink. What a really nice light way to enjoy strawberries!

Melt the chocolate by double boil method, stir often while the chocolate is melting.
Blend the chocolate with the cream & sugar mixture.
Remove from heat when the chocolate melts and add vanilla.
Set aside. In a chilled bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream.
while whipping the cream start slowly and increase whipping speed as cream whips.
During this process gradually add granulated sugar & gelatin mix. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until it is completely blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
while serving sprinkle chocolate shavings over the mousse.

I have tried making the chocolate mousse without the gelatin, it turns out as good as we make it with gelatin, just be careful while whipping the cream and the temperatures should be just perfect !
