Dark Chocolate Cake

200 gms all purpose flour (maida)
200 gms powdered sugar
200 gms butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp rum (optional)
2 tbsp coffee
3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
some milk (in case the batter becomes very thick, add milk
Mix powdered sugar and butter until sugar dissolves completely
Beat eggs in a seperate bowl.
In a seperate bowl add all purpose flour (Maida), baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder & cocoa powder and sieve
Add this dry mixture to the eggs, followed by butter-sugar mixture & rum
If the batter becomes very thick add some milk.
Pour this batter into a baking tray
Bake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes.
