Ingredients
250 gms atta (wheat flour)
200 gms Jaggery (melted in ghee)
40 gms ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup eating gum (dinka) fried in ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method
Fry the eating gum in ghee and keep aside to cool.
Roast atta in a saucepan until its changes colour to brown.
Add grated jaggery in ghee and after it melts keep aside
Mix the melted jagger, cardamom powder to atta
Form into lime-sized balls.
(the above quantity makes 20 ladoos)
