Nutella Crepes with Strawberries (Eggless)

I'd promised M&m I'll treat them with Nutella pancakes this weekend. It was long overdue. Once you get the hang of it- the flipping part & tilting the pan to spread the batter to make thin crepes you'll get hooked on to making crepes. Trust me they are not difficult as they appear. I used Nutella & strawberries to make the crepes, but you can use banana's or any other fruit.
A big thank you to M&m for patiently waiting for their crepes while I was taking these pictures :-*
Ingredients
  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2.  ¾ cup low fat milk
  3. ¼ cup water
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. few drops of vanilla essence
  6. 2 tsp melted butter
  7. Nutella
  8. 8-10 strawberries
 Method
  1. In a deep bowl mix the flour, milk, water, sugar, vanilla essence & the melted butter. Using a whisk remove the lumps.beat until you get a smooth batter
  2. Keep a frying pan on medium flame, pour the batter in the center of the pan & tilt the pan in circular motion so that the batter coats evenly on the surface of the pan.
  3. Cook the crepes for 2 minutes or until the crepes turn light brown. Carefully lift the edge of the crepe to see if its done, turn over the crepe and cook the other side for another minute.
  4. Spread a generous amount of nutella on the inner side of the crepe, fold it or roll it, garnish with roughly chopped strawberries & serve immediately.
Note:
  1. I used the blender to make a smooth & lumpless batter.
  2. I used the baking paper to prevent the crepes from sticking together
  3. The above quantity yields 10 crepes.
