Chocolate coconut rolls




Ingredients
20 marie biscuits
1 tsp unsalted butter
1-2 tbsp of milk (or as required)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp desiccated coconut
Method
Add desiccated coconut and sugar keep aside
Crush marie biscuits into powder & mix cocoa powder, powdered sugar into it, 1 tsp of unsalted butter and milk (as required). 
Knead this into a dough as we do for chappati.If the mixture becomes very dry as milk as required.
Keep aside in a moist cloth.
roll this dough onto a flat surface and spread the mixture of desiccated coconut and powdered sugar.( while rolling this dough spread some cocoa powder if the dough sticks to the surface)

(chocolate dough and desiccated coconut ,sugar mixture over it)

cut the spread into 2-inch wide strips and roll each strip carefully.
(the above quantity makes 15 rolls appx.)
