Shrimps in Coconut Curry

250 gms shrimps (de-veined)
1 onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 bowl coconut milk (thick one)
turmeric powder
Mustard seeds
curry leaves
salt to taste
red chilly powder
In a sauce pan add oil, when oil becomes hot add curry leaves, mustard seeds & turmeric powder.then saute onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste. when onion is cooked add the shrimps
Now add the coconut milk and on a low flame cook until the shrimps are well cooked
Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste.
Serve hot with chappati or rice
Serves: 5 adults
