100 gms Halloumi cheese
1 handful broad beans
1 handful white beans
1 handful kidney beans
1 handful chickpeas
1 tsp green sprouts
1 small red onion sliced
coriander for garnishing
Sesame seeds (dry roasted)
for dressing
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp crushed mustard powder
1 tsp balsamic or 1/2 lemon (juice)
freshly crushed black pepper
salt to taste
Method
Soak all the beans for 8 hrs and pressure cook them for 5-7 mins or 2 whistles only.

Grill halloumi cheese, keep aside
Mix all the beans
Slice onions and mix in the beans
Whisk the mustard powder with little water for 2 mins, it should become light and color should change to white.Add this in the dressing

Prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients.add in the beans
Toss the salad
Garnish with sesame seeds
Serve chilled
