Broken Wheat & Nut salad

1/2 cup broken wheat
1 carrot grated
1/2 cup cabbage, finely shredded
1 green chilli, chopped
4 cashewnuts
6 raisins
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Soak broken wheat in one cup water for 2 hrs
Combine broken wheat, carrot, cabbage & green chilli in a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt
Mix well, Garnish with cashewnuts and raisins
(this salad has high nutritious value)
